So I’ve finished my week supply of NutriPlan Teatox and I’m pretty happy with how it’s gone. I’ve been really ill with a virus and I think the extra vitamins the week Teatox provided really helped keep my energy levels up which is so key when you’ve got a small child to look after. As you can see on the website the Tea forms part of the detox plans so it’s a way of helping the body achieve natural balance and help get rid of toxins.
I’ve really enjoyed using this tea actually it’s been lovely to have a warm herbal drink in the morning and every other evening. The best thing for me is I haven’t needed any coffee and I’ve stayed away from diet coke! In fact, I haven’t bought any for around a month which is great as it really wasn’t doing me any good.
The tea was very fruity, a little more than usual herbal drinks and it reminded me more of berries than anything else but I think that’s a good thing as it tasted much more natural than other fruit teas I’ve had.
All natural ingredients
Great for a morning drink
Very easy to drink and nice taste
Didn’t notice any negative effects
Helped give me some energy whilst I was feeling ill
I don’t think I’d be able to drink this tea every day although doing any form of detox isn’t recommended for a long period of time anyway
I think I would have noticed more results in terms of energy levels if I’d been taking this for two weeks or just for a few more days as it took a while for the effects and energy boosting to kick into my system – however this was probably because I had a virus.
Looking at the other products available I would consider doing one of the longer detox plans as I think it’s good to give your body a chance to absorb lots of vitamins and minerals and give it a break from processed food. Alongside clean eating you can get some really positive results and a great energy boost.
Disclaimer: I received a week trial of Teatox to review. All opinions are my own.
