Detox Tea with #NutrientWiseUK

I was recently offered a chance to sample a week supply of detox and cleanse tea with #NutrientWiseUK. The supply included two bags of silk feel, pyramid herbal bags, one for the morning and one for the evening. I’ve really enjoyed drinking this as I think herbal teas have a lot of health benefits and this has been great to help me get back on track and feeling healthier. You can purchase a two week supply for £19.95

I am happy working with Nutrient Wise because they have a great ethos. They only use natural flavourings in their products, there are no nasties, preservatives or artificial colours and they are specifically formulated for results. This leads me to believe they have the customers needs at heart and genuinely want them to experience results.

I took the tea, morning and night, last week. I weighed in on the Monday and then again on 19th to see if it had helped contribute to any weight loss.

I have also been having a minimum of 2 litres of water per day and limited any junk food. I’ve been eating smaller meals and walking on the school run which averages around 4km per day. I’ve also been enjoying the sunshine a little more. I’ve cut out drinking diet coke too which is my vice. As a result of drinking the tea I’ve been having less caffeine too.

The tea works by helping to increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite. This is designed to help give you an increase in energy levels to get you moving more. The night time tea helps to clean up your digestive system and remove unwanted toxins from the body that can contribute to weight gain.

The tea is pleasant tasting. The morning is mostly a peppermint flavour and easy to drink. I have this alongside a pint of water and then have my breakfast shake when I get home from the school run. You simply add boiled water and leave for three minutes before removing the tea bag. You do this to both the day time and night time tea.

I think the night time tea is my favourite. I like Rooiboos tea and this has a lovely caramel flavour. It’s full of ingredients and herbs designed to help you relax and you drink around 30 minutes before going to bed.

I would say I’ve had a better quality of sleep over the last week but I have woken more times in the night needing the toilet because I’m drinking more liquid.

With everything else I’ve been doing I do feel a little healthier and my energy levels have been good. I’ve also found I’m able to wait longer between meals without needing to snack as much. I’ve suffered a little bit with that familiar detox headache but it’s been very minimal.

Overall I am happy with this tea and I would buy it to use again. It tastes nice, its very easy to drink and herbal tea is full of goodness.

I’ve been browsing the Nutrient Wise website and there are quite a few other products I’m looking at to try. I’ve seen some great results from teeth pulling so I am thinking about trying the Cocotox coconut oil for this purpose. You can also save money on a bundle purchase of the bestselling products for £45.

Disclaimer: I received a week supply of tea in exchange for this blog post however all opinions remain my own.
