Happiness and How to Have It

I wanted to join in on the #happydiaries linky which I think is a great idea all about sharing positivity and happiness.

One of my new years resolutions was to start a book and for the whole family to write down three good things about their day, every day. We’ve not been as consistent with it as I’d like but we are trying to power on through to remind us that every day something good can happen, no matter how big or small. gratitude book, happy thoughts, positvity

I choose this book because I thought the colour of the cover and the hearts suggested a happy, loving book full of positive messages. Most of the things from my daughter are how she’s enjoyed seeing friends and playing, toys she loves and the things five year old girls are happy about. My partners are usually about feeling rested and having a day off work and mine are mostly about my business or something new I’ve used and loved…or food! Either way we are able to document are happy moments in this book with the idea that at the end of the year we will have something fantastic and happy to look over and actually think 2016 was a good year.

Do you have a gratitude or happiness book? Does it help you?
