Celebrating the Wins and sharing the Woes of Weightloss with #WeightWINSday
I am really excited to be working with Faith from Raising Moonbows on our new regular feature. We’re both losing weight with Slimming World and we wanted to share our ups and downs on a weekly basis with our readers. You can expect help with meal plans, shopping lists, craving tips and most importantly a full Slimmers guide to Christmas, thanks to Faith. Each week we will be sharing our meals with you with photos so you can see our full plates and, hopefully, see those scales going down too. Slimming World isn’t for everyone, and we are welcome to each and every diet, whatever works best for you! The important thing is keeping each other on track and sharing the good weeks alongside the bad.
I’ve started up with Slimming World several times and I know it works, my trouble is sticking to shopping lists and meal plans but when I do stick with it I always have success and I always lose weight on a weekly basis. Faith has been at Slimming World for almost two months now and has just got her stone and a 1/2 award which is fantastic. I’m starting again at 17 stone 13 1/2lbs with a goal weight in mind of 9 stone 11lbs. I am also transitioning to a Vegan diet and lifestyle so you can expect lots of Vegetarian and Vegan-friendly slimming world meals from me. I’m also hoping saying goodbye to my contraceptive implant will help me with my weight loss in the next few months especially. My primary reason for wanting to live healthier and lose weight is to have another baby with less risk than my pregnancy with Evie.
