Fuller Bust Underwear from Tutti Rouge

Ad – I received items from Tutti Rouge in exchange for this blog post. All opinions remain my own.

I’ve always been a busty woman and it has been an absolute joy to find more companies offering ‘curve’ ‘plus size’ and ‘fuller bust’ ranges in their underwear collections. All bodies deserve good quality, well fitting, comfortable underwear that makes them feel supported and sexy. I was thrilled when Tutti Rouge – Fuller Bust Underwear offered some items from their collection in exchange for a review.

    Tutti Rogue Lingerie
Another look at the Baylie Rougette set with high waisted brief. I love the supportive waistband on these.

Tutti Rouge pride themselves on providing sexy, shaping, supported and stylish lingerie

Do you know what I loved when I first clicked on the Tutti Rouge website? A whole manner of different bodies. I absolutely love this. I love that Tutti have asked a range of bloggers to share their own photos as well as having professional photos on their site of all different kind of lingerie wearing people. I saw rolls, I saw curves, I saw wide hips, tattooed bodies, fuller busts and all on people that looked like they were wearing something that made them feel good. This is so vital for young women shopping for lingerie. It’s vital to see somethat that makes you feel like you are worth spending money on to feel good. Different bodies are all over the website so I am proud to share products from a company that so clearly values diversity. I genuinely think no matter your size or shape shopping with Tutti Rouge will make you feel confident and you will find something you like.

This is not me but this is what the Body Suit looks like in full thanks to Tutti Rouge for supplying the Image

Tutti Rouge offer a range of lingerie including bras, bralettes, knickers and bodysuits. There are a few different styles in each category including fuller bust bras and high waisted knickers. Colours include black, pink, purple and red among others. I know it’s a bit frustrating not trying things on right now however, according to Tutti’s FAQ’s they accept returns for faulty items and items not to your satisfaction providing the labels and hygiene stickers are still intact.

What Sizes do Tutti Rouge Stock?

The range goes to a XS – 6XL which I think is a good range. Bras are available up to a 48G. There is an international sizing chart on the website which is really helpful. The items I received were a 24/26 high waisted knickers, 6XL Body and a 40G/GG (Bralette). I felt these were true to size and a comfortable fit for me. When discussing what items to review I provided my size and colour and just asked for something Tutti Rouge felt would be a good fit and I was thrilled with what I received.

My Review of Tutti Rouge Lingerie

I received a Bralette and Knicker set and a Body suit in exchange for this blog post and I was thrilled with what I received. I’ve never tried a bralette before but I am totally converted. Being so top heavy I don’t feel comfortable or confident enough to leave the house without a bra. Being busty has often meant I either have thin straps which are easy to cover up but a lot of underwire which does get a bit uncomfortable wearing day in, day out. The other option is a non wired bra which has super thick straps over the shoulders for support which just doesn’t make me feel good when wearing strap sleeve dresses. The Tutti Rouge Bralette is a really happy medium for me.

The Baylie Bralette was in the Rougette range which is the curvier products available. The material was nice and soft, with a mesh, fishnet appearance and the straps a good size and I felt supported whilst wearing it. I think this is due to the wide underbust band which looks like it might be restrictive but it was actually really comfortable for me. I love the colour too, it’s so much nicer having underwear in a range of colours rather than the regular black, nude or white. It was just nice and comfortable really. Perfect for casual wear or just if you don’t want wire. I will absolutely try more Bralettes in the future. I also got a matching pair of high waisted briefs which were super comfortable. Again the thick band made kept everything in the right place and I wore alongside jeans.

The other item I received was the Hallie Body suit which is a black, lacy design but with a super supportive waist. It feels really lovely on with super soft material and just like good quality lingerie. I really like body suits and I think they’re a great option for plus sized people. They can be super stretchy but still make you feel really contained and show off your shape in all the best ways. The razor back style support with the thick waist band makes this ideal under dresses, I think. It just covers things really nicely and feels nice on. It gives you support in all the right places and it looks fabulous.

Anything else I need to know about Tutti Rouge?

There’s a student discount offer of 15% through a student beans account. Dispatch and delivery to the UK is between 2-10 days depending on the order and location. Items are shipped through Royal Mail and tracking is available if you select next day delivery. You can get free worldwide delivery on orders over £50.There is a sale section too. Prices all seem to be under £30 per item with many around the £20 mark which I think is an excellent price for good quality, comfortable lingerie for a variety of body shapes and sizes.

  • Smouldering, Sexy and Smut filled Romantic Reads you must have on your shelves in 2021

Smouldering, Sexy and Smut filled Romantic Reads you must have on your shelves in 2021

Are you looking for some sexy, simmering romantic reads just in time for Valentines Day? This list will have you covered from sexual tension, relentless pining, mutual yearning that will fufill that ‘just kiss already’ feeling of your one true pairings

    Romantic Reads I’ve Loved

Romantic reads might not be for everyone but I am absolutely in the mood for them. My favourite series is continuing with A Court of Silver Flames, one of my most anticipated reads of 2021. It is bound to be full of hate to love passion, just kiss already tension and is rumoured to be the sexiest book yet. A Court of Silver Flames has the potential to be one of the hottest books this year. I thought, with the help of some friends and bookstagrammers, I would put together a list of romance reads we recommend giving a try. These range from fantasy to contemporary so hopefully you will find some of the best romantic reads of 2021.

What Are The Best Romantic Reads to Read in 2021?

I am going to kick off with one of my favourite enemies to lovers romantic reads ever. In fact, A Court of Mist and Fury is one of my top five books. I am currently rereading this one via audio book so I am fully in the world of Prythia and ready for the Nessian story next month. If you gave up with the series after A Court of Thorns and Roses then I beg you to continue on with the trilogy as A Court of Mist and Fury is another level. For a middle book it really sets up the rest of the story. In fact, the real trilogy feels like the last two books and the novella as that is where we see the protagonist, Feyre, really come into her own and meet her soul mate. This book has the tropes enemies to lovers and on noes there’s only one bed. It is one of those ‘Just Kiss Already’ stories that I can not get enough of and you have a pretty lengthy wait but oh my is it worth it.

Next was a book recommended way back when from my friend Jenny and that is The Bargainer series by Laura Thalassa. This book series starts with Rhapsodic and continues as a trilogy and novella. Another fantasy read featuring a Fae king and a Siren, both are snarky characters. The series is set in a mix of modern day and high fantasy world. It’s super sexy when they finally come together, it’s funny and it’s a pretty good love story throughout.

For a contemporary read I am very much enjoying The Flatshare on audio. It was a really sweet, funny and happy read with lovely romance. There were some negative relationship aspects in the book but not from the two main characters and actually I felt like it challenged a lot of typical romance tropes.

Take a Hint, Dani Brown – I started with this but I think it’s the second book? I’m not sure. But this is basically book pornography. It’s deliciously smutty with simmering sexual tension and laugh out loud funny. It deals with generalised anxiety disorder in an amazing way and is fully contemporary with references to social media. It has everything with bisexual rep, bipoc characters and just it’s a wonderful read. This author is wholly addictive and I will certainly be reading more.

Another Fantasy read with a lot of sexual tension is From Blood and Ash. However, the sequel, that’s where all the sexiness is. From Blood and Ash is super sexy but very much a slow burn. However, diving into the sequeal and all those moments of ‘pretending’ between Poppy and Hawke are just delightful. I love Poppy’s rage and passion. I love the chemisty between the two and I can not wait for April when we will see the third book in the series.

the from blood and ash books are some of my favourites
  • What Sets Moissanite Apart from Other Jewels?

    This is a collaborative post

You might be one of the few early adopters of moissanite as an alternative to diamonds. If you are already sporting a piece of extreme sparkle on your finger, you have Henri Moissan to thank. He was a French scientist who first discovered moissanite in the form of silicon carbide, all the way back in the 1800s. An interesting bit of trivia: Moissan’s discovery was made near the impact site of a meteorite, which led to a widespread belief that moissanite’s origins are in outer space. Unfortunately, exciting as this would have been, it is simply not true. Moissanite is processed from the mother compound, silicon carbide, which occurs naturally right here on earth.

What makes a stone a Moissanite, and not just a fake diamond?

Before we address this question, let’s take care of one major misperception first: moissanites are not fae diamonds, and were not designed to be “diamond lite”! They are an independently valid gemstones, that happen to visually resemble diamonds. The main factor that sets moissanites apart from diamonds, is the fact that they are double refractive. Refraction refers to the light-dispersing qualities of the stone, in other words, how the light that enters the stone, leaves it again, which is what creates the sparkling effect in gemstones.

Double refraction means that the light that enters the stone is split into two, creating an effect of letting out more light than it lets in. Based on this, moissanites are considered to be more than twice as bright as diamonds!

In addition, moissanites are almost as hard, and therefore as durable as diamonds. In fact, they are thought to be the second hardest substance on earth, second only to diamonds. The Mohs hardness scale rates diamonds as a 10, while moissanite scores a 9.5 – an almost negligible difference.

    What colours are available?

As with diamonds, moissanites come in a range of tints, which are graded across a scale and which influence the overall value and desirability of the stone. The highest quality moissanites are clear and colourless, or remarkably close to this, and these are graded as D-E-F on the colour range. Although the nuances in colour are quite difficult to see with the naked eye, you will be able to certify the quality of your diamond upon purchase.

Moissanite sounds good – now convince me!

People who are looking at getting engaged, but who are limited in their available budget, can greatly benefit from moissanite, as carat for carat, you get a lot more stone for the money you spend on it when you buy moissanite rings. While an amount of money might only have resulted in a small diamond, you will be able to afford a much bigger and more dramatic stone for the same price in moissanite.

Because the stone is hard and durable, it is not easy to damage, chip, or scratch, and it can be worn in all circumstances where a diamond would have been alternatively suitable.

  • The Best Staycation Destinations for Post Lockdown Holidays

The Best Staycation Destinations for Post Lockdown Holidays

Have you already booked a post lockdown holiday for you and your family? We have! I am so excited to be heading back to our favourite place. We will be spending a midweek break in July on the Isle of Wight. The only difference is the holiday park. This time we are spending time at Nodes Point Holiday Park which is a caravan site on the island. It kind of feels like going abroad because we have to get there on about – pretty much the same thing right? Caravan parks are places we love visiting and have done as a family for a long time. For us, the Isle of Wight was an ideal staycation destination for a post lockdown break. We have already stayed at Landguard Holiday Park and Thorness Bay so it’s time to try another place and see what we think.

Self Catering Accomodation Will Hopefully Accept Bookings from 12th April

Park Dean Resorts are our go-to holiday park and have been now since 2014. They offer a great range of budget to luxuery accomodation and our experience last year at Ruda really reassured me that they took Covid seriously and were making everything safe and secure for families. They really delivered. Our holiday this year takes us to a place we love visiting as a family but this time we’ve booked something with a bit more luxury – a Hot Tub Lodge and I am SO excited for it. We are also taking Adam’s mum with us because she deserves a break to. We’re heading, hopefully, on a festive break with my parents.

Now there’s still a little bit of me that’s worried that things won’t go to plan and the roadmap might change and not happen exactly how it’s hoping to. I do remain hopeful though. We’ve booked our break for July which hopefully means plenty of time for restrictions to lessen. However, the accomodation is self catering, we’d like the pool to be open but we’re not too fussed. Mostly, we just want to get outside of our own town, do a little bit of exploring and have some quality family time together. Self Catering accomodation is opening in some places from 12th April, hotels and B&B’s are allowed to open up again (at this current time – it may change) from 17th May and we are all waiting on baited breath for things to open fully on 21st June 2021. That’s still some time away so hopefully those booking uk Staycation breaks in July and August will be able to have a break away.

Staycation Destinations for Post Lockdown Holidays this Summer

Anyway, let’s get on with exploring some destinations you might want to consider for a Staycation post lockdown holiday.

    Center Parcs Holiday Villages

I will forever recommend Center Parcs as an ideal staycation destination because we had the best time. When searching for local accomodation and holiday parks near Longleat Centerparcs Longleat was the obvious and most recommeded option. They are currently advertising all their UK holiday villages from 12th April however the Sub Tropical Swimming Pool will be closed at this time. We actually have a booking with them for Decemeber 2021 – I’m hopeful that will go ahead after out January 2021 break was sadly cancelled. We first went in 2019 and just had such a wonderful time. Longleat in particular is a huge holiday village and is there anything more perfect than being in the woods. They are cashless, so you can use contactless or Apple Pay in all stores and restuarants. You can prebook activities online and there is currently no daily housekeeping but extra towels are provided.

    Seaside Fun at Weymouth

Weymouth is one of my favourite beach places to visit. There are plenty of holiday parks and self catering caravan destinations for staycation post lockdown holidays. If you are happy to wait until further restrictions are lifted then there are so many lovely seafont B&B’s available too including budget prices and family friendly accomodation. We’ve stayed in Weymouth Premier Inn for a night away previously and would be happy to return for a night or two once we can. There is a beautiful sandy beach as well as mini golf, seafront arcades, afternoon tea and the sea life center.

Cornwall and Devon Family Holiday Parks

Cornwall and Devon always make me think of summer holidays with family when I was younger. They are popular UK staycation destinations and I expect will have plenty of post lockdown holidays available from the great range of holiday parks all over the coast, particularly North Devon. Last year we had a really positive post lockdown holiday in Ruda park, North Devon. It had a lovely bay with surfing and a sandy beach. People were observing social distancing. The arcade and restuarants were open as well as the ability to order collection and delivery to your accomodation.

A few years back we went to Cornwall and had a lovely week in the Mullion holiday park on the Lizard Peninsula. Evie, my eldest, thinks back fondly of Cornwall and would love to go back.

  • Making Bath Time Fun with Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime Range

Making Bath Time Fun with Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime Range

Ad – Gifted Products – I received some products in exchange for this feature. All opinions are my own.

I recently read that if kids are getting a bit bored there are two things you can do to help them – get them outside or get them in water. There are of course times when getting outside just isn’t feasible, especially close to bed time and a bath is something my two-year old absolutely loves. Bath times are fun! I was sent some products from Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range to try out and have a bit of fun in water. You can view the full range of products at Crazy for Kids.

Testing Out Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime Range

He looks so happy! Honestly, it’s been a lot of fun trying these products out with my toddler, Felix. He loves water, he loves a bubble bath and I really think it’s important to encourage young boys to have little moments of self care like this. I know he’s only young but I hope baths continue to make him feel happy and a way to relax. He might not want to always play with foamable soap – although my eldest has had a go too and she still loves fun bath products – an early encouragement with sensory play will help show him that a little bit of pampering and some funky products can sometimes make you feel good.

A smiling toddler in the bath with some Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime products on the side. These include colour changing bubble bath and moldable foam soap.
Felix loves a good bath and having some fun bathtime products from the Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime Range makes him happy!

We have used similar products in the past to encourage fun water play with him so we were really happy to try the Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range. This included the Colour Changing Bubble bath and two bottles of squirty foam soap which you can shape and dissolves in the water. We received a bottle of blue foam soap and a bottle of pink foam soap. This can be used in the bath or for supervised sensory play out of the water. We opt for in the bath to keep it all contained and it still provides some sensory fun. The soaps are described as Hypoallergenic and Dermatologically tested, PH balanced formula to gently cleanse and moisturise delicate skin. SLES and Paraben free. Felix has had no reaction at all to using these products which is brilliant. We had fun with these by squirting them into little plastic pots and making them look like ice cream cones.

A toddler in the bath with his hand up. An adult hand is holding a bottle of foaming soap and squeezing it into the toddlers hand. There are some Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range products in the foreground.
Felix was fasicnated by the Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range foamable soap.

We haven’t tried the colour changing bubble bath yet from the Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range but it looks like another fun product that I’m sure Felix will love. Changing water colour is another fun sensory experience for toddlers. Obviously one of us is always in the bathroom with him to supervise and make sure he’s clean but it’s so much fun watching him explore the foam soap whilst getting himself clean. One of his favourite things to do is shape the foam and then clap his hands so it goes all over the water. The foam is a really soft consistency and just has a sort of soapy/sublte shaving foam scent. It is squishy and dissolves in the water.

Mostly I just love seeing my little boy happy and having fun. He really does love a good bath and having his own products just for him from the Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range gives him a chance to be creative and be a little independent by washing his own body. I think sensory play is really important for babies and toddlers and having a fun convinient product that is safe for my babies skin whilst helping to get him clean is a win for me!

Kids Stuff Crazy Bathtime range is available to purchase at Boots and Superdrug. There is currently a promotion running until 6th April for the Colour Changing Bubble Bath. You can also purchase online at Amazon and there is an affiliate link below if you would like to purchase.
