Reviewing the Freshwater Lodge at Parkdean Resorts Nodes Point Holiday park on the Isle of Wight. We stayed on a Monday-Friday break in July 2021. So when it comes to looking after myself I'm not that brillaint. In fact I tend to go all or nothing which is one of the reasons why I'm seeking an ADHD diagnosis. I think I was fifteen when I first asked for my doctors permission to join Weight Watchers and thus began fifteen years of dieting. I have been antidiet for the last year now and I wish so much I had been antidiet then because I might not have half the problems and issues I have with food that I have today.
